As you can see, even after frets are removed and half of the fretboard is gone the neck is quite twisted and in a bad state..
Evidence of neck warp. I had to compensate in both ends of the neck when routing..
reinforcements glued in.
Planed and ready for the fretboard and truss rod routing.
New fretboard on and trimmed, planed and finished off.
